New Chapter 1: A New Beginning

The antimuse sat in the first paragraph of new Chapter 1, waiting for the author to arrive.

She waited, patiently for an hour, then moved to the second paragraph. The author did not arrive.

Then she waited, impatiently in the third, for another hour.

Then angrily in the fourth, for an hour.

Then furiously in the fifth, for an hour.

“Fuck him!” She said. She scribbled a note and stuck it near the bottom of Chapter 1:

If you want your novel to not be crap, meet
me in New Chapter 2, tomorrow, 8:00 AM.
If you’re not there, I am done!!!

Then she left.
